Summer 2025 - 8/9/25 - 9/05/25 - $3400 - wk (an additional 13.25% sales and occupancy taxes will be added, lines + pets @ no charge)
Fall 2025 - 9/06/25 - 9/30/25 - $2700 - wk (an additional 13.25% sales and occupancy taxes will be added, lines + pets @ no charge)
2026
Spring 2026 - 5/01/26 - 5/29/26 - wk (an additional 13.25% sales and occupancy taxes will be added, lines + pets @ no charge)
Summer 2026 - 5/30/26 - 9/04/26 - $3400 - wk (an additional 13.25% sales and occupancy taxes will be added, lines + pets @ no charge)
Fall 2026 - 9/06/26 - 9/30/26 - $2700 - wk (an additional 13.25% sales and occupancy taxes will be added, lines + pets @ no charge)
Additional charges:
$400 refundable security deposit. Refunded within 7 days (written into contract) once cleaning crews clears the house for the week.
Payment options:
Person checks via USPS are fine.
Credit card processing via vrbo.com, but pass the expense for doing that through the site. vrbo.com charges 10% additional for that service.
